About Tripp

Meet Trip. He is a senior daschund around 10 years old weighs about 14 lbs. An absolute cuddlebunny and still loves toys. Trip loves other dogs. He would love a home where he can follow someone around all day and provide constant companionship. Trip is heartworm positive and has been given Proheart 12 for slow kill treatment. Trip will require 2 inexpensive medications the rest of his life for his heart due to heartworm disease. Trip will have frequent urination due to the lasix medication. It has not slowed him down. He also had an extensive dental but still has enough teethers to eat with and he loves to eat. He is doing well with house training but may require male wraps at times due to medication. This Sweet boy is scared of thunder and barks at it. A thundershirt was donated and will come with him. Trip came from our local Longview shelter.
