About Sadie

Sadie is a smart, energetic senior, about 8 years old. She still plays hard, and loves being outside, on hikes, and catching her frisbee. She is aggressive with other dogs, and has attacked our Pomeranian on three separate occasions. She has also bitten our toddler. She does not pay attention to our cats. She needs a home where she is the only dog, and with no children, or older more mature children. Separating her from our autistic son and the other dogs in the home is no longer practical as our son gets older. We have had Sadie since she was under a year old, and finding her a new home is heart breaking, but it is no longer a safe situation. We will have to surrender her to a shelter as a last resort. She is spayed, house-trained, and and knows 'sit' and 'stay.' We will be doing background and vet checks for potential adopters.
