About Daphne Rose

Daphne came to us as a stray so her previous home setting is unknown. We took her in 15 Apr and took her to the vet the next day but she isn't microchipped. I posted on numerous pages and sites but no one claimed her. She's only had one accident in our house and we were able to crate train her, but she still had to be bribed with treats. She also eats in her crate and sleeps there. Currently my other big dog has not stopped attacking Daphne or being aggressive, so we alternate crate times during the day. She is a very sweet and rambunctious girl and absolutely loves pets and to give kisses. We are working on basic commands and leash training. We tried to take her to the Helotes Humane Society but they had no room. They tested her with cats and she was mostly curious, even with being hissed and swatted at. SA Humane Society also declined her and we don't want to take her to a kill shelter. We also have a 13 year old Min Pin/Chihuahua Mix that she has no issues with. We are looking for a good home that will have the time and patience to continue her training and love her. She is a fantastic dog.
