About Mopsy

URGENT, THE CACC SHELTER IS VERY FULL!! HELP HER FIND HER FOREVER HOME NOW!! Mopsy was too scared to walk, she just laid on the floor like a mop. Good thing she's sort of small so we could carry her some of the way outside. The fresh air wasn't the instant relief like we were hoping for. Mopsy was still pretty shut down. She scrambled away from us when we took off her leash and sat against the wall shaking. She wasn't interested in treats and toys had no fun value. Mopsy let us come over and pet her though. The shaking didn't stop immediately but she didn't pull away either. We have been taking it slow and each day Mopsy gets a little more comfortable. She still cowers to the ground but will come when we call her over. We are going to keep working with her to build confidence and trust but what she really needs is a patient foster home instead of a kennel. https://youtu.be/pC7cRs-K0jY
