About Aries

This is Aries, he is a Cane Corso I do not have papers on him but I believe he is pure bred. I am Aries's 3rd home in 10 months of life, he was neglected in his first home. The 2nd owner could not keep him anymore due to moving out of her home so I took him in. She was in an abusive relationship and Aries did bite her significant other to protect. Aries just needs a good home and someone that has the time to train him and give him the love he deserves. He Is a high energy dog so he needs some yard he can run around in. He loves to play fetch and he is great off leash close to his humans. He needs to work on recall outside but he does not wonder to far nor does he run away from you. He was not socialized very well with previous owners. He does okay in crowds of people but is timid to let people pet him. When you are alone and someone walks up to you he does show a little aggression. When it comes to other dogs he is not socialized very well and needs someone willing to help socialize him. He has had a couple litters in 10 months so he is very dominant when it comes to other dogs. He would need a muzzle at first to insure he will not hurt another dog. He is very smart but needs some help getting him where he needs to be. He is a big cuddle bug and very loving to his owner. Health wise he is very healthy. He weighs 74 pounds at 10 months. He does have cherry eye. I do have medicine for him to calm the swelling and help with infection but he does need surgery to help fix it. I just want him to go to a loving home and someone who is willing to work and dedicate time to him he is a very sweet boy who's just had a rough start.
