About Ginger

Ginger is a hunting breed mix that was adopted from a litter abandoned on the side of the road in rural Virginia. she is very shy but very kind and gentle .she will sit if you command her ,she will come if you call her and she will play fetch with you too and she loves belly rubs. she is being placed on this site because we moved from the country setting with bigger house and land to the city in a new state. She and her sister Emily are just to loud and big for the community we live in and they miss being able to chase squirrels and run forever in a huge yard.Both dogs are great with children as my son and daughter raised them from pups. Due to their unknown breed status and their behaviors with my daughters rabit and cat ;these dogs should not be around smaller animals.on a 5 foot 9 inch tall adult the dogs backs reach above the kneee. They are leash trained and crate trained.
