About Nahla

Due to unforeseen health issues with Nahla's owner, she has returned to the rescue. Nahla is a wonderful girl and has already romped in the yard with the other rescue dogs. She is a full blooded Presa canario and is about a year and a half old. We are unsure of how she gets along with small dogs or cats especially given her size. We didn't weigh her but we estimate she is 120 - 130 pounds. The one thing Nahla needs is someone willing to work with her on training in basic obedience such as leash walking and listening and obeying commands. She has lived with children in the past but because of her size, older children might be a better idea. Nahla would do well with a fenced yard so she could run and play.
