About LUNA

Luna recently lost her human mom and needs a new forever home. Luna appears to be a Maine Coon and Siamese mix. She is 4 years old. Her foster mom says: She is super affectionate and is drawn first to the woman of the house and must sleep above her head or next to her. She prefers women but will cuddle with foster dad on her terms. She also prefers the litter box open without the lid as she likes to stand high at the opening. Luna loves to be brushed, and loves to sleep near her foster mom in bed at night. Each cat will come to their new home neutered or spayed, with age-appropriate vaccines, individually tested negative for FeLV, FIV and heartworms, and microchipped. They can travel along I-35 in Texas with rescue partner for a small donation. Transport is available to most southern states, CT, NY, PA, ME, NJ and a few other states for $175. All out of state adoptions/transport MUST have an Interstate Health Certificate by a qualified veterinarian for $85. Three personal references, a veterinary reference, a completed application, an adoption contract, and an adoption donation are required for adoption.
