About Panda

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE BIO ON THIS DOG BEFORE REQUESTING AN APPLICATION. MANY OF OUR DOGS HAVE STRICT REQUIREMENTS FOR THEIR ADOPTION. 1. Children aged 6 and up. 4-year-old female Poodle/Pomeranian/Chihuahua, about 16 pounds. Owner surrender because the owner passed away. Panda is a partially non-shedding mix with a curly poodle and longer guard hair Pomeranian type hair. Luckily it is not a heavily matting mix, but she does shed some and requires professional grooming every 6-8 weeks and weekly brushing. Named for the black around her eyes that become more prominent when groomed, she is a happy, friendly girl who is fairly energetic, rocking that 'one ear up' look! She likes to play with other dogs but also cling to her person. She can be a tad noisy when left at home alone (she is part Pom after all!) but does get quiet quickly. She is actually noisier when you return! She would love a fenced yard to play in, but I think she would be equally happy going on leashed walks. She has just started her leash training but is doing great. She doesn't have much life experiences (other than being a momma, as she has had two litters) but she has the temperament to be bold and learn new things. She would do well with children 6 and up.
