About Baylee

Baylee is a chihuahua mix with multiple other breeds (Hines 57) and is a scared little guy. He was adopted at 8 weeks old but recently returned back to our rescue because he nipped his owners best friend and broke the skin, so Baylee had to go. He doesn't understand why his world suddenly changed at 9 months old. As a result, he has had some adjustments issues we are working through with him. He loves attention and affection but just wants to trust again, but going from being the only dog to many dogs has been somewhat of an adjustment. He is kennel trained, house trained, loves toys especially with tubes and balls, he especially loves his treats but doesn't want to share his food or with anyone around while he eats. He loves to snuggle and be with his person. Loves car rides and going for walks. Like most Chihuahuas he can bark a lot and be somewhat of annoying with strangers or intruders. Baylee is a great dog but recommend him only to a family that has time to spend with him and only as a single dog or another dog to play with. Do not recommend Baylee with small children just because he can be a nervous Nellie and will react out of fear. Other then that - Baylee is super sweet. He otherwise is dog friendly, cat friendly and loves people once he has been warmed up to him. Baylee is Heart-worm negative, UTD on all his shorts, microchip and nuertured.
