About Fiona

This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. Fiona came to my door as a stray pup. She is a VERY friendly dog who loves everyone,, especially men and kids. She's a loveable dog. She travels very well by car or plane. She loves to go for walks and has never met a stranger. She's diabetic and on insulin for about 3 years now - it's well-maintained with Novolin 70/30 with injections at meal times (am & pm). She also get glucosamine and Omega 3 liquid on her kibbles. She will get into the trash if left out. She is housetrained and uses a doggie door. That said, she does much better if she is prompted to go outside to potty every couple hours. If not, she may urinate or poop indoors. She sleeps in an oversized crate at night. I give her water and have a pee pad in there due to her thirst at night. Fiona will come with an up-to-date vet visit, insulin/syringes, Glucosamine, Omega 3, dog bed, crate, pee pads and her little jackets. It would be great if she was at a home where they would consider sending pictures. She's been a part of the family for many years and it's very upsetting having to rehome her.
