Meet Jolene. Jolene is a black and tan 4 month old shepherd mix who was surrendered to a high kill shelter. She is in a foster home and is looking for her forever home. Jolene is utd on vaccines and has a lifetime paid microchip. She will be spayed thru the rescue. and the . Jolene would do best with an experienced adopter as she is resource guarding food, water, toys, bones. She might be best as an only dog or WITH a bigger alpha dog being with younger kids. She also has a tendency to eat too quickly so we are going to start her with a slow feeder bowl. She is an energetic puppy who likes to be in charge. She loves stuffed animals and bones she loves to be outside. She's doing well with potty training and does good on stairs. Jolene follows your routine and she will look to you for approval and treats when she does something good.
