About Champ

Champ is a ver sweet dog with our family. He LOVES people when he is not on a leash, but on a walk gets protective. In the last 3 months he has gotten out of the house or fence twice and has gone after dogs both times. It looks like he is attacking them but has done no damage to the dog either time. People in the neighborhood have begun to mention being scared of him and I can't take the chance of him attacking another dog or hurting someone in the process of trying to get to another dog. I don't have the capacity to take him to a trainer And he hasn't responded to my training. He listens well in the house and sits on command but when it comes to something he wants he doesn't want to listen. Despite all that he is a REALLY sweet dog and is a lover. He just needs more than we can give him.
