About Walter

13-year-old and 14 pounds easy going Walter (aka Pepper) lost his person who died and he had no place to go. We rescued him and put him in a foster home where we learned a lot about him. This is a very good natured boy, very smart, loads of personality, well mannered, pretty much housetrained, and leash trained. This sweet little old man may be toothless, mostly blind, and hard of hearing, but that doesn't stop his enjoyment of life! Walter needs a special diet and loves to eat. He is on heart medications for a murmur but has a jaunty step, loves to play, explore the house and snooze next to his person. He does not like being on your lap for some reason.
