About Luna

My name is Luna and I'm a 23 month old Belgium Malinois. Luna needs a new home because our living and financial situation has changed drastically from what it was before and we just no longer have the time required for her or the funds to take care of her. We are very attached to her and will be difficult to give her up, but want what's best for her. Luna has tested heart worm positive. Injections to treat cannot be afforded and so she is on Heartguard monthly to help for now. She isn't showing any symptoms of having heart worms though. We believe we caught it early. Luna is a very sweet and loving dog. She loves riding in the car, jumping, playing, and going for walks. She is crate trained and gives us no problem going in her crate if needed. She is an inside dog though. She sleeps in the room with her owner, but she will settle for the couch as well. She's pretty independent but loves to be petted and loved on by her owner. She still needs some training with her prey drive and socialization though. She does get a bit nervous still when we take her places. She is a great dog though. More calm than most Malinois you find. We feel she would be best suited for someone just looking for a companion. Someone that has the time to spend with her and the financial capability to keep her healthy and trained. We are trying to find a new home for her as quickly as possible though so please reach out if you or anyone you k or may be interested in her.
