About Arlo

Arlo turns 1 year on June 8, and is approximately 95 pounds. He is an amazing dog, but is not being given the life he deserves with me. He needs a place with a big fenced yard where he has room to roam, or someone who can provide him with a lot of exercise. He loves all dogs, but can get very excited around them, and since he turned 9 months old he has not been great at understanding when a dog is telling him 'no.' He knows 'sit,' 'down,' 'here,' (while in the backyard with no distractions), and we are working on the 'stand' command. He is very affectionate, and loves being near you/with you, especially on furniture. He loves all people, and is very curious about cats, but given his size they are understandably wary of him. I would prefer he go to someone who has experience with, or knowledge of, the breed because they are definitely working dogs. I want the person who takes him to be committed to him, and I will be providing all his toys and things I have gotten him.
