About Olive

Olive is a very sweet and goofy girl with a lot of love to give. We adopted her from the humane society of Columbia, Missouri, and she is now 5 years old. She truly is a lover, and in our home was a real mama's girl. She wants nothing more than to cuddle up with you on the couch (ideally under the blanket with you!). She loves being able to run around off-leash at the park, (she had professional training and knows all basic commands) but is equally happy running/walking with you on the sidewalk. Olive definitely has some anxiety, primarily associated with thunderstorms/fireworks. She takes a daily Prozac which helps significantly, and as long as she has her crate to shelter in she has been able to weather most storms! We have unfortunately decided that Olive would be best suited to a home without other dogs as she can be territorial with our other dog and is happiest when she is the only dog in the house. If you are looking for a true companion then Olive is your girl!
