About McKenna

URGENT THE CACC SHELTER IS FULL!! HELP HER FIND HER FOREVER HOME! McKenna only got a few months outside of the shelter in a home. We thought it was forever, guess they had other ideas. McKenna looks a little different then we remember so it took a second to make the connection. Back in February McKenna came to us skinny (except for the milk she was still carrying) and sad. This time around she looks much healthier and more stressed. McKenna has tasted what life in a home is like, so the shelter doesn't have the same appeal as the first stay. She can't wait to leave her kennel and get some play time in. Mckenna will chase anything we throw, but toys that bounce seem to be her favorite. Once she manages to get control of the ball, she will bring it back to our feet to throw again. McKenna sits on command and takes treats gently. She is so darn happy and soaks up any little bit of attention we get. McKenna is comfortable with handling all over and gives affection back in droves. She is a wonderful dog.
