About Saffron

Meet Saffron! This guy was born in December of 2021 making him just 5-months old. He is a Heeler, possibly a mix & is currently in a wonderful foster home, providing him lots of needed structure after being raised outdoors on a farm. He is learning all sorts of things, such as the safe space of a kennel & trusting people. He is discovering the city life ain't too shabby! Saffron is hearing sounds he's never heard & it's pretty awesome to watch him flourish! We are seeking a home with no small children since he is not accustomed to them just yet & because Heelers...well, they like to herd! He will be just a medium boy when full grown. He likes other dogs & would really benefit from lots of socialization with other, well-balanced dogs. He currently only weighs about 25-pounds.
