About Poncho

Poncho was found in the middle of a bad storm tangled up, with no shelter, and unable to move. It appeared that he was like that for some time and that his collar and tie-out rubbed his skin and made the sores and scabs on his neck and chest. He also had bite marks on his back and head so we think he was attacked by an animal. He is all healed up now and is a beautiful pup! No matter his past, he is so excited about life. He loves to meet new people and was submissive when meeting our test dog. He walks well on a leash but can get a little strong when excited. He is a smart pup so it shouldn't take much work to teach him leash manners. He didn't show any reaction when around our yard cats. He is blessed with a beautiful, resilent nature and ready to start a new life.
