About HARVEY

He is up to date on all vaccines (rabies and Bordetella). Harvey loves walks Harvey did have TPLO Surgery on both hind legs which sometimes limits the length of his walks. Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) is a surgical treatment used to stabilize the stifle joint. It is similar to the ACL in a human knee. He has some residual arthritis. Currently he takes carprofen. But hey, he's doing great and it's no different than the aches and pains we all feel. At least the surgery was DONE!! Make no mistake this does not slow this boy down. He loves car rides, going everywhere with his humans and is a great companion with a healthy life ahead of him. Harvey loves walks, adores his squeaky toys, treats, chasing birds, squirrels, cats, anything that moves. Not recommended with small children as he has no spatial awareness. He LOVES being with his human so might do best with a work at home family or stay at home mom or dad. He is not destructive in any way when left alone. House trained with his basic manners. Harvey is a really good boy whose family just increased by TWO twins (human in nature) so not much time to take care of him. They feel it is best to have him in a home that can give him the one on one attention he craves and deserves. There has got to be a nice soft fluffy couch for this boy...could it be yours? He is stunning!
