About Al

My name is Al. I'm a sensitive guy looking for a cat savvy adopter who knows how to show me I'm safe and loved. They named me Al because when I meow it sounds like I'm saying 'al'... and everyone at the shelter thought that was super cute. I came from a home where I lived with lots of other cats and was brought here when our previous person became overwhelmed. I had a tough time at the shelter so I went to a foster home. Once I adjusted to my new surroundings, I started to come out of my shell. I'm still pretty shy, but whenever my foster mom is around, I come out and demand pets. I am spending less time in my hiding spot these days and more time on the bed. I go crazy for treats and have a very loud purr motor. My crinkly ear makes me look just a little goofy. And when I'm really showing my personality, I am pretty goofy. (I have a very funny way of 'jumping' on the bed.) Give me a chance and I will be a loyal and loving furry friend.
