My name is Bakar, which means alone. I had been alone in a pound for over three months. I'm about 2 years old and no one has ever really shown me what love is. I like to run and play, and I like other dogs. I get excited at first but then I calm down. I really need someone to devote time to me to help me completely get over being a little skittish. I need some training on the leash but I did pretty good at my recent vet visits, just a little scared. Would you consider opening your heart to me? I'm really a good boy, just need a chance. I am in Maine now, getting to know what it's like to be safe, and well fed and LOVED.
