About BELLA

Miss Bella is so fabulous! Gorgeous, happy, all dog friendly, easy and the best! So sweet, kind and a beautiful red and white Husky. She will be your new best friend! She is so full of love and kindness. She Loves all dogs and people. Is in a large playgroup and having a blast. She was saved by one of our associates who helps dogs in need and brings them to LBWF. Another ridiculous story from humans: Her story like so many, A college gal pre pandemic, purchased her from a breeder, Bella was there through thick and then, Gal meets boy, they get married but the husband does not want Luna, her best friend! A story everyone should follow, never marry anybody that doesn't love your dog! Luna was there through the girl's sadness and school and happy times and sad times. She thought she was going to be part of the newlyweds family! And what did she get? The big boot! She was tossed over to the girl's parents, who loved Luna and kept her safe! Then they lost their home in the middle of horrific Covid. A family member reached out to one of LBWF's independent rescuers and begged for mercy to take Luna. We received the call sadly because our independent rescuer also was foreclosed on as of February 8th. Times are getting even harder. Miss Luna arrived and as they said she is so kind, so loving, affectionate and easy. She road along as co-pilot on her transport to LBWF and loved being petted and enjoyed the ride. She let us dress her up with flowers and photograph her like she was a pop-star! She might be a little pudgy at the moment, as they barely had any money to take care of themselves, but everybody has kept her alive and did not want to see her go to the shelter and most likely be euthanized as there's simply too many wonderful dogs that are being forced into the shelter system that are at the seams! She is ready for her forever, loving home and a loving family or person that will never let her down again! Might you be that person? She's such a sweetheart And did nothing wrong. She's spayed, up-to-date on shots and will be micro chipped for her adoption. LBWF has many Huskies that are available for adoption that are loving, playful, fun and fabulous.
