About Tesla

Look at this gorgeous pup! Tesla is about 4-6 months old and is full of happy puppy energy. She loves people, and her favorite pastime is following my kids around (toddler and teens). She's a cuddler! Tesla is unsure in new situations because she has never been exposed to them before and needs lots of life experience and positive reinforcement to boost her confidence. She does very well with my cats and is well-mannered with my dogs. Tesla doesn't have any obedience training (we are working on it!), but is potty and crate trained. Tesla is a hound mix, and will need to be trained not to pull on a leash as she follows her nose to new adventures! We recommend a front-clip harness or a Halti. Her favorite things: 1) smells 2) following the kids around 3) finding new smells 4) playing with her foster brother of the same age 5) skidding to a halt mid-run because - smells. Tesla is hound mix. RescueMe forces us to choose a bred but we have no clue what she is; she has ears like one of the coon-hounds or fox hounds and definitely a sense of smell to match.
