About Rogue aka 'Roo'

Roo is a female mastiff mix, 7 years old. She hasn't been socialized a lot, so she is a bit anxious at first meeting new people but typically warms up pretty quickly. She has not been around any other dogs other than our female shar-pai which she was raised with since we brought her home as a pup. They get along just fine, but she has occasionally pulled the jealousy card and snapped at my other dog. Roo would prob do best in a family with older children as she likes to play and doesn't quite realize her size. She hasn't been walked on a leash a whole lot, she will pull, so will need some training there. She does ok with cats that don't mind her presence but if cats hiss she gets a little snippy. We have a cat in the home and she does just fine with her, I've even caught them snuggling a time or two. She is a sweet girl, loves to cuddle, and play. But also is perfectly content next to you just being lazy as well.
