About Fenrir

URGENT. NEEDS HOME IMMEDIATELY. Fenrir is the kind of dog that is impossible not to get attached to. He is so goofy & incredibly intelligent (sit, stay/wait, shake, sit pretty, speak, whisper, stomp, break dance, lay down, roll over, 'go get your toy!'). He knows his name very well as both Fenrir and Fen. He is super food motivated and can probably learn any trick in the book. Fen struggles with anxiety and his anxiety is often expressed through aggression (Specifically towards strangers and other animals) His anxiety also causes him to chew up just about anything if he is left unsupervised. For this reason we have him very well crate trained. He has made leaps and bounds in the time we have had him. We have a very mild mannered german shepherd who Fenrir has begun several fights with over toy and food possession. We cannot provide him the resources that he deserves and needs. We feel it is more than possible for him to live happily with another dog IF he is provided quality training, however we recommend he goes to a home where he is the sole pet. Contradictory to the way he acts towards strangers, once you have earned his trust, he is the most loyal dog I have ever known. He will do anything for a treat and belly rub. All he wants is his very own family to love and protect. Is that your family?
