Elwood is about 2-3 years old and about 14 lbs. He is a sweet and submissive boy who was found as a stray by a previous adoptor. He crates well and does well with other dogs. He is now doing great on leash, he previously had no use for it lol. He is now heartworm tested negative, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and neutered.
