About Bear

Bear is a male puppy, 29lb lab mix. Bear has entered the cell dog prison training program to work on some basic manners. Bear is very high energy and loves to learn when being properly trained. He is very treat motivated, so this helps with his positive training reinforcement. Bear seems to enjoy the company of other dogs and currently lives with a couple cats. With his hyper, young personality, we would recommend kids over the age of 12. He would thrive as an only dog. Other dogs tend to get him hyped up. That being said he has been on 5 mile runs and is still ready to go longer. We think he would do amazing as a running mate for an active owner. So, we are especially looking for a home to keep up with his energy. Remember, a tired puppy is a good puppy! New adopters need to be aware that they will need to work with Bear for future success - we will be available to help give guidance and answer any questions or concerns as needed.
