Ruger is very intelligent and partly trained. His known history is he was rescued from a creek and kept on a farm for a month until he started chasing livestock. He then went to current owner who works 5 hours a day and lives in an apartment. Owner is also in an wheelchair. Owner has had him for 7 weeks. During this time Ruger has become overly protective of owner. Ruger MUST be rehomed immediately as owner is no longer able to keep him.
