About Laika

This is Laika Pronunciation (Layka), she is a cruelty case that was malnutrioned, open wounds on her and around her neck, and was heartworm postive. she is a little more chunkier now than this pic but she is a very sweet dog. she is 5 yrs and just learning what a toy is and what human affection is. She always wants attention because she has never had it. Like I said she never even knew what toys were and for that matter how to play with other dogs, but shes learning. She is a does cower if you raise your voice. She thinks she is in trouble so That probably is from her past. Any kind of loud noise she is not happy with, she likes to chase and bark at the vacuum, she doesn't like the lawn mower or weed whacker..even the food processor gives her alarm. all this girl wants is to be loved and to be given attention. Her wounds have beeen taken care of and her heartworms have been taken care of. I would like to see her be the only dog in her family so that she can get the attention she desrves, it is so sad that she diidnt even know what a toy was or how to be loved on.
