My son has been doing a workstay on a farm near Bonham. Last fall, someone sent two female dogs to the farm. It was obvious to my son that they had been very mistreated. It took a few weeks for those dogs to trust my son. It turned out that one of the dogs was pregnant. She gave birth to 11 puppies under the house on 2/2/22. When the host tried to bring the puppies inside, to avoid them being in the 20 degree weather, she did not trust him or his intentions, & bit him. My son tried to help. She bit him, too. They let her keep the puppies there. Sometime in March, seven puppies came out from under the house. They have been well-fed since. None of the animals have been given veterinary attention. This is one of the three puppies that have survived. He is sweet & affectionate, appreciates being cuddled, comfortable picked up. These puppies have been treated kindly, have happily existed & played with humans & dogs. They are inquisitive & engaging. They follow on walks. Recently, one of the puppies chewed through a wire & the host started threatening to kill all five of the bluetick hounds. My son has been told to find homes for them if he does not want them killed. Can you help?
