About Kenzie

Mackenzie or 'Kenzie' is a super sweet 33-lb female spayed grey/black lab retriever mix, about 7 year old. She has a heart of gold, and ready to show how much love she has to give. Thanks to The Right to Live Rescue, she has a second chance for a family of her own. She is full of life, loving and always ready for a game of tug a war. Kenzie is a smart girl. She is a loyal companion. She is good with people, other dogs and even cats. she likes snuggling but is quite the pillow hog. She is crate trained and housebroken. Submissive with other dogs in her current boarding home she has never shown any aggression. Kenzie will give you her whole heart and only asks for scratches on her belly and ears in return. When alone she will entertain herself with her plush toys. She is easily the center of attention and knows it. She would make a great addition to any home because she loves new things and people. She is a super sweet girl who will easily win your heart. She loves getting praised, super gentle and has a very caring soul. Will you be Kenzie's forever person? All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered/boarded locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kenneled environment helps them build trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay, neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for crossing state travel.
