Adoption Fee: $325
Australian Shepherd mix
Age: Young Adult

'Oh, just a happy, happy, happy dog!' May we introduce you to: Fluff, aka Flash, aka Bouncy Boi. The magical, flashtastic, fast,%BD%A0 friendly, fun-loving approximately 2 year old, 60 pound, pink nosed, deaf Aussie mix boy! There is NOTHING this full throttle, life affirming force isn't up for! Foster Dad%BD%A0 and Foster Mom call the dynamo%BD%A0 a HAPPY pooch! Fluff is a zoomie 'what you see is what you get' pup-up for everything, with everybody. Fluff is looking for someone to match his capital S- Spirit.%BD%A0 Being deaf%BD%A0 is a 'by-the-way' afterthought for Happy Dog. The smarty pooch of course, knows all the basic hand signals, but this velcro people watcher has the innate Australian Shepherd ability to know what his Person wants and eagerly awaits the next direction. Foster Mom says Fluff is a 'nanny dog'- all lover, watching over the smaller ones. Fluff hangs out with his several foster canine sibs, enjoying backyard romps and games, and puppy pool parties! The amiable fella is treat motivated and eager to please. Fluff does draw the line at sharing his food and prefers to eat in his own space. In fact, his love of speed and feed means a slow feeder bowl is a must. As many bright boys with a lively spirit will, he becomes a 'Fluff-knows-best' bossy boi if he is not given proper direction. Fluff is looking for a confident, experienced coach to guide him. Since Fluff is high energy and is always thinking (always absorbing), he is looking for a confident, experienced herding breed coach to manage his super smarts and exuberant energy.%BD%A0 His Forever has had a deaf dog, or educated themselves on the joys and quirks of a dog like Fluff who hears with his heart.%BD%A0 He needs a fenced in area to frolic (an exception may be possible for a very experienced adopter), and would love a canine friend with a similar temperament to frolic with. Fluff will do well in a home with children 8 and up who respect dogs. Multiresidential buildings (such as apartments) are not a good fit for this boy.%BD%A0 The best adopters give their new family member time to decompress and grow familiar with a new environment and routine. They see the importance of investing time to understand their dog and build a bond of trust and provide steady, reasonable guidance and training. An adopter commits to slow and monitored introductions with new people, especially children, other animals, and new places. Happy Dog dashed by with an Aussie grin, 'Hey Forever! Isn't life grand? I think it'd be better together, though. Let's make that heart connection!' Are you ready for a magical life with Boucy Boi Fluff?
