Poor boy was turned into a shelter in Southern California by his family. Some people don't take responsibility for their pets. He is a sweet boy with his foster mom, but gets jealous when other dogs come around. He is also not fond of men. No surprise there! We just found out the his reason for his limp is not arthritis.?He has a bullet in his shoulder. Yep that is what happened to him in California years ago.
