About Herry

Herry is such an amazing boy when he settles in and trusts his person. He has had a pretty traumatic life, so far. We've been told Herry was chained up in the back yard prior to coming to the shelter. He had little to no trust in humans when arriving at the shelter. Once we pulled him from the shelter we sought out some professional training for him. He has since bonded tremendously with his foster and loves to play with other foster dogs. We are not sure how seamless his transition to a forever home will be but we intend on assisting with that transition, as needed. Herry will require lots of patience and understanding of what he has been through. He will need a relatively quiet environment. May even do best with a single owner home. He does not like raised voices or fast-moving arms in a motion of swinging at or near him (so no young children). He is a super-sweet boy once he starts to trust his human. Seeks out pets and love. Even a bit playful when he is relaxed. Please don't let his past influence what his future can be. He truly is a good boy with a bad start. Please give Mr. Herry the chance he deserves.
