About Basil

While sweet girl Basil may appear to be just another black cat with super mesmerizing green eyes..., nope, you've got it all wrong. This darling girl..., ready.., wait for it - - - has NO TAIL. While that is what makes her super special, it didn't come with a positive note. Poor Basil had a spinal injury which led her to a tail amputation. She is as happy as could be and she doesn't seem to miss her tail much these days. She is a darling girl who is a staff and volunteer favorite and we think she'd do quite well in a home with dogs, cats and kids who are polite with animals. At 10lbs, this girl is looking for a loving home where she can be petted, talk with and just cherished. She deserves the world. She thought she had that before.., in her previous home.., but allergies got in her way. Please consider this unique girl with no tail.
