About Belmont

Belmont the one-year-old, nine-pound, golden/green-eyed male tabby cat is looking for a loving guardian. This sweet guy was found abandoned in a carrier on Belmont Ave., in Chicago. Luckily two women, cat-lovers, who have each adopted two cats from me previously, came upon the carrier and brought him to Friends of Petraits. He had no microchip, wasn't neutered, and wasn't wearing a collar with tags. Belmont has now been fully-vetted, uses his litter box perfectly, and doesn't seem to mind cat-friendly dogs, and cats. He has an excellent appetite and loves to play. He's a little nervous in new situations, but the thing that scares him most in my house is the ceiling fan! Belmont is very healthy, neutered, up-to-date on rabies and distemper vaccines, virus-tested negative, and microchipped.
