About Picasso

Meet PICASSO....The one eared work of art is a FIV+ cancer surviving warrior and is ready to find his furever family!. Originally a T-N-R (trap-neuter-return), his colony caregiver reached out to Chalky's Cat Crusade for help with a severe wound on his ear. Well, it turned out to be squamous cell carcinoma (common in light skinner outdoor cats). His ear was removed and the process of socialization began. SURPRISE! Picasso went from a scared street cat to a boy begging for pets and head scratches. He also LOVES to play with toys. He still prefers to be in a quiet home without dogs or small children but seems to do well with other cats, given the appropriate introduction (of course!). Picasso is a mellow dude that is really just a love.
