About Ziggy

This is a very difficult post for me to write. My darling cat Ziggy. He's very intelligent and loving. I've had a number of life changes over the past several years. For the early part of his life he was used to being in a quiet apartment with just me and occasional friends and guests. I'm now married and live in a house with a number of people which is quite bustling and active which seems to be causing him a lot of anxiety. Also he and my wife never seemed to quite click. At the suggestion of a pet psychologist, we got a kitten in hopes of providing him with companionship. Unfortunately this seems to have backfired and made things worse for Ziggy. While my wife and the rest of the house has fallen in love with the new kitten, it only seems to have caused Ziggy further stress and unhappiness. I hate seeing my boy Ziggy unhappy, and have come to the decision that it may be better for him to find a new less chaotic environment where he can be the center of attention to a loving parent or family. He seems to do ok with small well behaved dogs, and even likes them. He has never gone outside of the liter box ever. But he doesn't like other cats. He travels well and has been on many RV camping trips with me. You can check out his instagram @nakedziggy for more photos.I really hope to find him a calm place where he can be happy and well loved. He comes with his cat bed, favorite toys and feeders. Adoption fee is a donation to the rescueme.org fund, as I only want to find him a suitable forever home.
