About Evie

Evie is so full of love and silliness!! She needs a patient and understanding family. Evie's previous family dumped her at the shelter, where she was scared and abandoned. Despite previously living with a male Great Dane that has since found his forever home, she is now defensive towards other animals after her scary shelter experience. Evie is an incredible dog, but needs to be an only pet with a family that understands she may never be a dog that goes to the park or the ball field. She loves her family!! She does enjoy outings and car rides with her family. Evie is a 4 year old stunning blue Great Dane who is pretty much perfect. She does not like the crate, but she is trustworthy when left alone. She is housebroken, knows sit, come, walks well on leash and gives the best paw around. She has just the right amount of velcro Dane, goof ball, and devotion to her people. Evie is pretty chill but does enjoy the occasional zoom around the yard. Evie would love nothing more than a fluffy bed and soft blanket to snuggle in and people to love her as much as she will love them. Evie is spayed and gastropexied (according to previous owner), heartworm negative, up to date of shots and ready for a family of her own. Evie is currently in a foster home in Milford DE. We do adopt out-of-state. We would consider helping with transport to get her to her new family if they're the perfect fit for her.
