We are looking for a special person or family to adopt our very special girl! ��%90� Alexis is a gorgeous and adorable purebred American Curl kitty. She is loving, sweet, loves pets and cuddles, and wants to be with you. She will hang out in your lap, snuggle while you watch TV, and is just the sweetest thing! ��%90� We wish we could say that covered everything, but unfortunately, there's more. Alexis came from a breeding/hoarding situation. She's pretty much had enough of other cats, and so she doesn't like them. Really doesn't like them, so she needs to be an only kitty, the princess of her domain! ��%90� Occasionally, Alexis has an accident by peeing out of the box. It's very rare, and it's getting better all the time. Multiple litter boxes, the use of Cat Attract litter, and monitoring her with some periods of confinement work perfectly for her. We suggest she have a litter box in a bathroom or utility room, and when you are gone, she is there. Or if you prefer, confining her there at night. ��%90� Because of where she came from, and the fact there were no litter boxes and cats were allowed to pee wherever, we believe she is still overcoming this behavior. She is literally 95% good with the box which is better than most kitties! ��%90� We are looking for that person or family that can make a commitment to her and understand the need to do a bit more monitoring than maybe another cat - but she is worth it! She is an absolute doll in everyway! ��%90� We think she can adjust to friendly dogs, and she is definitely people friendly. ��%90� If you are willing to be Alexis's angel and give her a chance to have a home, then complete an application.
