West Valley wants to introduce Chico! He has been in the shelter system for over a year now. He was originally located at the North Central location due to an investigation as a result of his bite history. As a result he is Rescue Only and must reside outside the LA City area. He's not coping well to the shelter environment (see video) despite outings by volunteers.Today was his first playdate in a year and he did really well.
