About Cassia

Hi, I'm Cassia! I'm looking for a furever home with lots of love and belly rubs. They think I am 1.5 years old, but I'm super chill and calm. My favorite thing in life right now is my foster mom. I love following her around the house, napping on the couch next to her, and laying by her feet while she works or cooks. I also enjoy long walks and I'm sure I would enjoy hiking and doing all the fun Colorado things! My foster mom tells me all the time that I am a very good girl. I am polite when walking on a leash. I come quickly when called. I am crate trained and sleep through the night without a peep. I do well spending time in my crate during the day too. I would be happy as an only dog or with respectful doggie siblings. I currently live with two dogs in my foster home. I was nervous around them at first, but enjoy their company now that I am comfortable. I've even started playing with them a bit! I am also nervous at first around new people and new things, but warm up fairly quickly. Anyone who will give me belly rubs is ok in my book! I have not been around kids, but little kids would probably be a bit too much for me right now. I am respectful of the resident kitty, but I do like to stare at him and follow him around (dog-friendly cats with proper introduction should be fine). Basically, I am a sweetheart who appreciates getting the space to go slow at first, but once I get to know you, I'll love you forever. Cassia is fostered in Westminster, CO.
