Fancy has not been loud or obnoxious . Her foster mom said she has never heard a bay, howl or bark come from Ms. Fancy. She came from shelter in Phoenix and they were full. Fancy is a bit shy with other dogs, but she just tries to avoid them, rather than join their play. Fancy will thrive and be so happy in a home and not in rescue any longer.
