About Shadow

Shadow is a spayed female Chow Chow/ Leonberger mix born approximately 8/14/2018. She is a medium sized dog. Shadow has a medium energy level. A fenced-in yard is a must-have for this pup as she enjoys her outdoor time. Shadow has been loving towards her foster family. She has done well with other dogs, especially male dogs who are medium to large. She has appropriate dog-social skills. Shadow is sweet and sensitive. Her ideal adopter will have experience with chow chows. Due to previous neglect, she can become frightened in new situations and needs loving patience. She would probably be best in a home with a regular routine. Once she settles in, she is confident and playful. She should not be in a home with cats. Shadow is house trained and walks well on a leash. She is crate trained as well. She rides fine in the car, but is worried about abandonment in new locations, so prefers to wait in the vehicle. She knows basic obedience. The adoption fee for Shadow is $250. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, worming, heart worm prevention, flea prevention, and microchipped.
