About Ava

Hi there, We got Ava back a few months ago from the Fulton County Animal Shelter. She has behavioural issues with other dogs and can sometimes be reactive to people. We are unsure of the things that have happened to her in her past but it is clear she has been abused. Outside of these issues she is the sweetest, most cuddly dog ever. She craves love and affection, loves to go on walks or runs, is obsessed with any ball and loves peanut butter. She has been to a two week board and train and knows all her commands. She listens very well and is incredibly smart. She is much smaller than the average dog of her breed and weighs roughly around 42-45 lbs. She loves going on runs with me and is just an overall wonderful pet. Unfortunately, there was an incident with her any another dog and the story was not told to the full truth, in fact it was wasn't truthful at all. She was attacked by another dog but was blamed for the incident. I am a student here on a international visa and do not have the funds or resources to fight this as much as I want to. This breaks my hear to be posting this but if we do not find her a home or foster in 7 days, we will be terminated from our apartment complex. Please help me find her an amazing home that will love her and all of her sensitivities. She will come with all of her belongings and is crate trained for bedtime. She does not have accidents in the house nor does she chew anything that isn't hers. I am willing to driver the distance is necessary to have her in a home that will love her like I do.
