WE REQUIRE A PHONE INTERVIEW AND VIRTUAL HOME VISIT IF YOU ARE NOT IN OUR AREA. EVERYTHING WE KNOW ABOUT THESE RESCUES IS LISTED HERE. IF YOU EMAIL US ASKING IF WE GOT YOUR APPLICATION, HAS IT BEEN PROCESSED, IF THE DOG IS STILL AVAILABLE OR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE DOG IN GENERAL WE WILL NOT REPLY. WE GIVE YOU ALL DETAILS HERE. AFTER 14 DAYS AND YOU HAVE NOT HEARD FROM US, YOUR APPLICATION WAS NOT CHOSEN. IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU WERE NOT APPROVED, WE HOLD THEM FOR 1 YR. IT SIMPLY MEANS WE HAVE ONE DOG AND FOUND THE BEST SUITED HOME FOR THAT RESCUE. PLEASE ALLOW US 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION FOR IT TO BE COMPLETED. THE MOST COMMON HOLD UP ON APPLICATIONS IS YOUR REFERENCES HAVE NO IDEA YOU'VE GIVEN THEIR NAME AND CONTACT INFO. THEY DO NOT REPLY, OR YOU HAVE GIVEN US THE INCORRECT EMAIL FOR US TO CONTACT THEM. YOU MUST BE RESPONSIBLE TO FIRST ASK YOUR REFERENCE IF YOU MAY USE THEIR NAME, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BOTH EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER FOR US. AND CHECK THE EMAIL TO ASSURE IT'S CORRECT. She is about 12 yrs old. UTD on all vaccines/rabies, microchipped and ready for her new home. She is heart worm negative and on monthly prevention. STAR is approximately 12-14 lbs. She gets along with dogs, but we do not know about cats. SH he is house and crate trained. She walks well on leash. Due to her age being a senior we will not allow any kids under 12 for her. She is a quiet little lady who enjoys spending her days in the house with her humans. She will sit by the door in the sun a while and then move to wherever you may be. She rides really well in the car. Her foster Mom has another small dog in the home and they get along well. Next week she will have a dental to make sure she stays healthy. This senior lady is no trouble, not a barker and needs a wonderful, loving quiet home to live out her days. She still has PLENTY of spunk. Her foster Mom says she gets around very well, don't count her out due to age.
