About Topper

Meet Topper! Topper and his brother Boots originally came to Animal Care League after a kind citizen found them and brought them to us so they could get some medical care and a chance at adoption. Topper and his brother were adopted together as kittens and unfortunately, their owner is no longer able to keep them, to no fault of his own. Topper is very sweet and while he can be a little shy at first, he loves to get treats and belly rubs! He would do wonderful in any home environment. Topper would do fine being adopted with his brother Boots or adopted on his own, they are not a bonded pair but do enjoy each other's company.
