When Sailor came to PPARAS, she had been a stray for all or most of her life. She was living on a military base, fed by the residents. She has made so much progress since then, and is now ready to find her FOREVER home! Adoption Requirements: Must have a secure, fenced yard. Homeowners only, no renters or HOA breed restrictions.
